Mr. Tepper has worked in the Southern California nonprofit community for the majority of his professional career, focusing principally on the political, social and economic justice issues that impact low-income people. He is currently the Executive Director of the WCA Development Corporation, a subsidiary of the Weingart Center Association. Mr. Tepper also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the California Bar Foundation, is former Chair of the State Bar of California’s Legal Services Trust Fund Commission and is an adjunct faculty member at USC's Graduate School of Social Work, where he teaches classes in Public Policy and Nonprofit Management.

Mr. Tepper is an active member of the California bar with a J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
