Sue Himmelrich began her career in the private sector, rising to partnership at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. She joined Western Center in 2012 as Special Counsel, with an emphasis in litigation for housing, health and access to justice issues. Prior, Sue was appointed to the pro bono panels in the U.S. District Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Superior Court, and served in the temporary judge program in Superior Court. She volunteered in LAFLA’s Domestic Violence Clinic for several years. Sue graduated from Harvard College and Columbia University School of Law.
