General Counsel
Bob specializes in class actions and other impact cases involving health, public assistance and housing. His cases include Hansen v. McMahon securing emergency shelter for homeless children and negotiated a new housing program for homeless families. In Clark v. Belshe, Bob ensured that prenatal and dental care remains accessible to Medi-Cal recipients. Bob also counseled in lawsuits requiring intensive mental health services to children in or at risk of foster care placement.
Bob received the California Lawyer of Year award in public policy in 2007. He is a 1977 graduate from Yale Law School.
