She says the problem could also soon get worse if the Supreme Court upholds President Donald Trump’s efforts to end the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which could cost 200,000 currently-employed Californians their ability to be gainfully employed.

“These people may have to earn their money and conduct all their business through cash payments just to survive,” she says.”
